Advanced Reporting

Customizable Reports on Transactions, Subscriptions and Invoices:
- The snapshot form provides a broad overview using different filtering options.
- Allows more specific search criteria to be used, such as last name, email, address, or transaction ID.
- This tool is used to search for recurring subscriptions. Narrow search results by selecting fields relevant to the search.

Recurring
Perfect for memberships or periodic payments.
Recurring billing allows merchants to charge customers on a set schedule. The recurring module is accessible via the Gateway Control Panel and API.

Customer Vault
Secure storage of sensitive billing information.
The Customer Vault has two main features:
- Add Customer: Merchants have the option of adding a customer record by either adding a credit card or eCheck.
- List Customers: Merchants can search customer records by filling out designated fields.

E-Invoicing
Electronic Invoicing allows merchants to send branded email invoices with detailed line items, automatically converted to PDFs, and a secure payment link. Customers can pay directly using a credit card or bank account without requiring a merchant-hosted payment page. Merchants can create and track invoices via the Merchant Portal or API, simplifying billing and saving time to focus on their business.

Batch Upload
Handles high volumes with efficiency.
- Flexible File Format Support: The gateway supports Batch Upload files in CSV, XLS, or TXT files via SFTP, FTPoS or manual web upload.
- Scalability: The system processes uploaded files in parallel, efficiently handling single batch files with hundreds of thousands of transactions while performing just as effectively with smaller record sets, whether 10, 100, or 1,000 entries.

Fraud Prevention
Protects against unauthorized transactions.
- Set Thresholds: Set any daily, weekly, monthly or yearly rules that can be set for both transaction value and transaction volume.
- User Ban: Allows to ban specific users, by the IP address of their computer, by their credit card number, by country, or by their user information in the system.
- Exceptions: Design exceptions for the fraud ban system.
- Review: Review transactions that have been flagged and handle them on a case-by-case basis.
- History Log: Allows to see recent transactions performed, with a color-coding chart for easy reference as to whether the transaction was accepted, denied, etc.
Marketplace Apps
Allows to process transactions using the following apps; compatible with multiple card readers.
iProcess: A simple POS app for IOS and Android that supports keying in credit card numbers, or the following card readers:
- BBPOS Chipper 2X (connects via Bluetooth)
- Miura M010 (connects via Bluetooth)

- ID Tech VP3350 (connects via USB-C, Lightning, or Bluetooth)
Swipe: A Windows-based PC application designed for face-to-face retail merchants, supporting card-present transactions using an encrypted card reader. The supported hardware includes:

Collect Checkout
Collect Checkout is a hosted shopping cart that simplifies online payments. Add items to the Product Manager, generate a payment link, and share it via email, social media, or your website to start accepting payments instantly.
