Order Ahead

Available for Ovation Terminal+, Ovation Register, and Back Office.

Order Ahead allows customers to place online orders for curbside or in-store pickup via a branded URL, integrated with Ovation POS and Back Office. Merchants can customize available items, order times, and preparation time, with changes possible at any time.

Ovation Additional Features

Surcharging offsets processing costs by passing on a fee to their customers for paying by credit card.

Cash Discount offsets processing costs by raising prices on goods and services overall and providing a discount for paying with cash.

The surcharge and cash discount programs are available on the Terminal+ (X5) and Register (E13/E15) devices. Only Surcharge program is available on Terminal program.

Payment Analytics: Payment Analytics uses payment card data to analyze customer spending and behavior, helping merchants track sales trends, customer activity, and campaign results in Ovation Back Office.

Google Ads: Google Ads lets merchants promote products on Google Search, Maps, YouTube, and other sites, reaching customers at the right time to boost sales.

Google Business Profile: Google Business Profile lets merchants manage their info on Google Search and Maps, making it easy for customers to find them and turning searches into sales.
