Integrating Your Pepper Pay (FluidPay) Account with sticky.io CRM

Note: Pepper Pay is a white-labeled instance of FluidPay. Therefore, within sticky.io CRM, the integration will be listed as the "FluidPay Gateway. "

Step 1: Confirm Compatibility and Prepare for Integration

  1. Verify Compatibility: Ensure your sticky.io CRM account supports the FluidPay integration. Sticky.io integrates with various payment gateways, including FluidPay.
  2. Gather Admin Access:
    • Pepper Pay Login: Log into your Pepper Pay account with administrative privileges.
    • sticky.io CRM Admin Login: Access your sticky.io CRM admin dashboard with the necessary permissions to configure payment gateways.

Step 2: Add the FluidPay Gateway in sticky.io CRM

  1. Navigate to Payment Gateways:
    • In the sticky.io CRM admin panel, go to Payments > Gateways.
  2. Add New Provider Profile:
    • Under ACTIONS, select Add New Provider Profile.
    • Set the Type to Payment/Gateway.
    • From the drop-down menu, select FluidPay.

Step 3: Configure FluidPay Gateway Settings in sticky.io CRM

  1. Fill Out Gateway Parameters:
    • Alias: Assign an internal name to the gateway for identification purposes.
    • API Key: Retrieve this from your Pepper Pay account. Navigate to Settings > API Keys in your Pepper Pay dashboard to obtain it.
    • sticky.io 3D Verify: Select "Yes " if you are utilizing the 3D Verify service.
    • Currency: Note that the FluidPay Gateway currently supports USD currency.
    • Test Mode: Set to "Yes " if you wish to use this gateway in Test Mode.
  2. Merchant Account Details:
    • Descriptor: Enter the MID Descriptor.
    • Customer Service Number: Provide the customer service number assigned to the MID.
  3. Limits and Fees:
    • Global Monthly Cap: Specify the monthly sales amount allowed on this MID.

Note: To maximize the efficiency of sticky.io Reporting Analytics, it's recommended to fill out all fields in the Merchant Account Details and Limits & Fees tabs.

Step 4: Assign the Gateway to Campaigns

  1. Assign to Campaigns:
    • After creating the gateway profile, navigate to your campaigns.
    • Assign the FluidPay gateway to the corresponding campaign(s) to enable its use for transactions.
