Integrating Your Pepper Pay (FluidPay) Account with Konnektive CRM
Note: Pepper Pay is a white-labeled instance of FluidPay. Therefore, within Konnektive CRM, the integration plugin will be listed as the "FluidPay Account Updater."
Step 1: Confirm Compatibility and Prepare for Integration
- Verify Compatibility: Ensure your Konnektive CRM account supports the FluidPay integration. Konnektive CRM integrates with various vendors through plugins. Konnektive Help
- Gather Admin Access:
- Pepper Pay Login: Log into your Pepper Pay account with administrative privileges.
- Konnektive CRM Admin Login: Access your Konnektive CRM admin dashboard with the necessary permissions to configure plugins.
Step 2: Activate the FluidPay Account Updater Plugin in Konnektive CRM
- Navigate to Plugins:
- In the Konnektive CRM admin panel, go to CRM > Admin > Plugins > Data Sources.
- Activate the Plugin:
- Locate the FluidPay Account Updater tile.
- Click on the tile and select Activate.
Step 3: Configure FluidPay Account Updater Settings in Konnektive CRM
- Enter Required Information:
- Legal Business Name: Enter your official business name.
- Legal Entity Name: Provide the legal entity name associated with your business.
- MCC (Merchant Category Code): Input your specific MCC.
- Website: Enter your business website URL.
- Set Auto-Cancellation Options (Optional):
- AutoCancelSubscriptions: Enable this option to automatically cancel subscriptions when an "Account Closed" card update is received.
- AutoCancelContact: Enable this to cancel subscriptions when a "Contact Card Holder" card update is received.
- Connect and Sign Agreement:
- Click Connect and follow the prompts to sign the agreement.
- Update Plugin Settings:
- After the initial connection, go back and edit the plugin settings.
- Click Update to finalize the configuration.
Note: Once FluidPay is activated, the MerchantAPI_Key and Enrollment Status will populate. When the Enrollment Status shows as Approved, card batches will be sent to FluidPay 7 days prior to the rebill date.
Step 4: Monitor Account Updater Reports
- Access Reports:
- In Konnektive CRM, navigate to Reports > Payments > Account Updater.
- Review Tabs:
- Active Batch: Displays card batches that are in progress.
- By Card: Shows updates made with details such as source, dates, batch, account, update type, customer, and revenue.
- By Batch: Provides details by batch number, including attempted updates, billable accounts, updates, closed accounts, contact card holder status, and revenue.
- Overall: Summarizes the cards updated along with the revenue they represent based on selected date filters.
Note: The rate per card update is applied to specific update statuses, including Account Number Updated, Expiration Date Updated, Account Number & Expiration Date Updated, Contact Card Holder, and Account Closed.
