Integrating Pepper Pay Gateway with Gravity Forms in WordPress

Note: Pepper Pay Gateway is a white-labeled instance of FluidPay, and it integrates directly with Gravity Forms through API credentials.

Step 1: Install and Activate Gravity Forms and Payment Add-On

1. Install Gravity Forms: Download and install Gravity Forms from Gravity Forms.
2. Activate Payment Add-On: If using a Gravity Forms add-on for payments, activate it within your WordPress Dashboard > Plugins.

Step 2: Access API Documentation and Set Up Pepper Pay Gateway

1. Log into Pepper Pay Gateway: Access your account to retrieve API credentials.

2. Generate API Key: Go to Settings > API Keys within Pepper Pay Gateway and copy your API key.
3. Access API Documentation: Follow Pepper Pay Gateway API Documentation for Gravity Forms for setup instructions.

Step 3: Configure Gravity Forms Payment Settings

1. Navigate to Gravity Forms Settings: In WordPress, go to Forms > Settings and select Pepper Pay (or FluidPay) as the payment gateway if available.
2. Enter API Credentials:
   • Paste your Pepper Pay Gateway API Key and account information into the designated fields in Gravity Forms.

Step 4: Customize Payment Form in Gravity Forms

1. Create a Payment Form: Design a new form that includes payment fields, using Gravity Forms' drag-and-drop builder.
2. Configure Payment Options: Set up the form to connect with Pepper Pay, enabling payment options and currency settings.

Step 5: Test the Integration

1. Enable Test Mode: Run test transactions through Gravity Forms by enabling test mode in the payment settings.
2. Verify Processing: Check that payments process correctly, with confirmations sent to both customers and the admin.

Step 6: Enable Live Mode for Production Transactions

1. Disable Test Mode: Switch to live mode for active transactions once testing is successful.
2. Review Payment Logs: Regularly monitor transactions within Gravity Forms and Pepper Pay Gateway to ensure accuracy.
